L-3 Link’s commitment to unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) excellence is underscored today through our simulation of advanced UAS platforms and partnerships with leading academic institutions that are expanding into this dynamic field.
Today, we can point to:
- Being the prime contractor on the U.S. Air Force’s Predator Mission Aircrew Training System program, resulting in delivery of the first high-fidelity simulation systems ever used by a U.S. military service
- Jointly operating the UND/L-3 UAS Training Center with the University of North Dakota to offer MQ-1 Predator and MQ-9 Reaper UAS training opportunities for college students and U.S. government agencies
- Providing Sinclair Community College with the first-ever UAS Classroom Training Suite, comprised of 10 student stations designed to educate students and industry participants in the operation and application of UAS platforms
At L-3 Link we are committed to the future of UAS training and simulation. From wartime missions to civilian applications, we will continue to invest in solutions that will make UAS training more adaptive and provide trainees with instruction tailored to their individual learning styles and progress.
