How to Get Started

Our Hiring Process

  • Step 1. Profile Creation/Resume Submission
    Please create a profile on our website and upload a resume. Once the profile is created, your information will be stored in our database so that you can  apply to open positions throughout L3 without much repetition. We encourage you to return regularly to keep your profile up to date and apply to new positions of interest. You may also create a search agent to notify you when job openings that match your criteria become available.
  • Step 2. Resume Review/ Interview Selection
    Once we have your application, your resume will be reviewed and the candidates whose skills, education and experience best match the requirements will be invited to interview. If you are selected for an interview, you will be contacted with location, date, and time information.
  • Step 3. Decision
    The hiring team works hard to determine the best qualified person for the open position. Due to the volume of applications, we are unable to provide updates on the status on your application. However, we greatly appreciate your interest and will contact you as soon as possible if you are selected to interview.If you are not chosen, please do not be discouraged. New jobs are posted frequently and you may be better qualified for a different position.  Please visit our website frequently and take advantage of the job search agent.
