AMI is a world-leading supplier of equipment for training devices.

AMI's products include:

  • Avionics
  • Displays
  • Instruments
  • Cockpit Assemblies
  • Sub Assemblies

Avionics

Today, AMI designs and produces simulated avionics that are used on simulators and trainers for commercial transport aircraft and a wide range of fixed and rotary wing military aircraft.

AMI has a wide range of experience in building simulated avionics including autopilot mode control panels, radios and other cockpit components for commercial and military training devices.

Displays

AMI's simulated display product range includes Active Matrix Liquid Crystal Display (AMLCDs) and other alphanumeric displays. These displays replicate the operational equipment and operate from aircraft, or customer specified, interfaces.

Instruments

AMI offers a full range of simulated instruments. This ranges from simple gauges to highly complex, multiple drive, multi-pointer indicators and tape type displays. Instruments are produced with night vision imaging system (NVIS) or conventional lighting.

Cockpit Assemblies

AMI produces cockpit assemblies, complete with all systems and equipment installed, wired, tested and ready for integration with simulator operating systems.

Cockpit assemblies include all instruments, panels, engine and flight controls, seats and peripheral equipment. Cockpit hardware systems are being produced to AMI and custom designs (build to print).

Cockpit peripheral equipment includes I/O, power distribution and control cabinets, and inter-connect cables.

Sub-Assemblies

AMI produces instrument panels, consoles, flight controls, power supply and control, throttle, input/output (I/O) chassis and similar sub-assemblies.
