AMI provides all the services required to support our products throughout their life.
Management
AMI's well-trained management team has a wealth of experience gained in design and manufacturing operations and is supported by an efficient management information system.
Engineering
Our team of electrical and mechanical engineers and designers are well qualified and address a wide range of customer requirements. Our team produces designs from instruments and control panels to complete cockpit assemblies. Drawings are produced to a high standard using the AutoCAD system. Efficient document control is maintained and all changes to equipment are approved by an engineer prior to implementation.

Manufacturing
All production tasks are planned and controlled throughout the manufacturing process using a bar coding tracking system.
AMI has in-house facilities for high precision machining, surface treatment, painting and screen printing, printed wiring board production, wiring, assembly, test and calibration.
Test and Calibration
All equipment undergoes thorough testing before final calibration. Measurement equipment is certified to NIST standards and test calibration tasks performed using integrated test consoles designed specifically for the task.
Quality Assurance
All in-process work and vendor components are subjected to rigorous inspection before acceptance for use. Assemblies, wiring and completed products are subjected to close inspection, rigorous testing, and calibration to ensure the highest quality standards are maintained.
Customer Service
AMI's customer service personnel are available to answer calls for help in troubleshooting problems, spare component purchases, equipment repairs and data requests.
Repairs receive priority service and our personnel make every effort to expedite the return of equipment.
